There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a determination to do the best for the client. I can truthfully say that I'm able to provide that level of service to my customers. By putting my clients' needs first, I've always been to achieve the very best result for them and also for me.
From the time I was a young boy I've been involved in one way or another with homes, home building and the buying and selling of real estate. My father was a carpenter and later a general contractor and developer. My uncle was a plumbing contractor. One of my closest boyhood friends became an electrician and eventually ran a successful business of his own. Over the years, I've been privileged to know and work with high quality providers of nearly every service and technology in the home and real estate field. I've always been interested and I've always tried to learn from each person in every way that I could.
When I chose to enter the world of real estate as a profession I brought along long years of sales and marketing experience and a long-practiced ability to serve customers well. In addition to the required training necessary to become licensed and to qualify as a Realtor, I also add to my education on a regular basis and plan to continue to do so. It's great when you like your work so much you want to continue to learn more and more about it!
